As per NIRF Rankings 2024 for the Engineering category, NIE Mysore's BE programme ranked #193. Earlier, in 2023, the institute was positioned #151-200 under the same category. Upon comparing both year's rankings, it can be said that the institute has been able to maintain a stable position.

Delhi Skill and Entreprenuership University offers admission to BTech courses at the UG level through JEE Main scores followed by the JoSAA counselling. Candidates seeking admission to the mentioned exam must have a valid score. Further, considering the DSEU cutoff 2024, the cutoff stood at 31128 for Guru Nanak Dev DSEU - Rohini Campus. For Electrical Engineering, it stood at 40459 for Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University - Pusa Campus. Hence, in order to be eligible for the BTech courses, candidates must have their rank as per the JEE Main cutoff released by the university.

You can begin by checking the eligibility criteria for the course. The basic eligibility for UG Robotics courses is getting 50 to 60% marks in Class 12 in the PCM subjects. For PG courses in Robotics Engg., you should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 55% marks.

The next important step is to give relevant entrance tests and get very good marks in the same. Further, you should also fill out the college application forms before the registration window closes. After the exam results are out and you've got your marks, you have to apply for the counselling session via the online college portal.

Having an 87.05 percentile and an OBC rank of 65,562 in JEE Mains, to get a seat in the IIIT Hyderabad Computer Science Engineering (CSE) course is not guaranteed. The OBC cutoff score is usually between 50,000 and 100,000 depending on which IIIT and in which year. Although your percentile is a good score, it might not be enough to reach the desired rank for IIIT Hyderabad, particularly since it is competitive. It is better to look at the actual cutoffs for the ongoing admission cycle to have a better idea.

Dear Aspirant, yes you can appear at the JEE Advanced directly, without taking the JEE Mains. Foreign candidates do not have to qualify for the JEE Mains for they can directly apply for the JEE Advanced-nevertheless, you must satisfy the eligibility requirements such as academic qualifications or personal age limit. A separate seat quota exists for foreign nationals, not applicable for the common merit list of Indian candidates.

Wishing you all the best, hoping this would help.

The Robotics Engineering duration in India varies based on the course level of the course. For UG Robotics Engg. courses, the duration is usually 4 years in India. For PG courses, you will have to invest 2 years. Also, for Diploma courses in Robotics Engineering, the duration is 3 years after completing Class 10.
You can also go for a PhD in Robotics Engg. course, which is usually 3 to 5 years long.

Those who wish to get a BE seat at the south campus of NIE Mysore must first obtain a valid KCET/COMEDK/JEE Main score. Apart from this, students must also satisfy the minimum eligibility requirements. Those who meet the eligibility conditions must further fill out an application form by visiting the institute's official website. After submitting the application, students must stay updated with the merit list. If shortlisted, they are required to pay the admission fee to secure their seats.
