KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering admissions are entrance-based. The school selects candidates for admission based on KIITEE scores. Candidates with a valid score in GATE or OJEE do not require appearing for KIITEE. Besides, selection to PhD programmes is based on GATE, OJEE, UGC NET, CSIR NET or KIITEE.

Yes, KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering considers KIITEE scores conducted by KIIT Bhubaneshwar. Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination is conducted online at national-level. The test is conducted three-times in a year for two-hours in English language. Besides, aspirants can also apply with a valid score in any of the accepted national or state-level entrance exams such as GATE, OJEE, etc.

KIIT School of Mechanical Engineering does not offer direct admission. Candidates are offered seat in the school based on entrance exam scores of the candidate. KIITEE is one of the entrance exam considered for admission to all the offered programmes. Besides, candidates can also apply with a valid OJEE, GATE, etc. scores for admission to specific courses.

The application fee for Utkal University M.Tech is INR 600. Candidates who wish to apply for admission into the programme have to pay the application fee at the time of submitting form. The application fee is non-refundable, therefore, while making the decision of pursuing M.Tech from the university, candidates should include the application fee as additional cost to enrol into the programme.

SIT Pune M.Tech admission takes place through the GATE exam, but if candidates want to enrol for the M.Tech programme through the MHT CET entrance exam they can apply for admission in integrated BTech + M.Tech programme at the university. Admissions for the integrated programme takes place through the MHT CET entrance test and the programme runs for five years giving an integrated BTech and M.Tech degree.

No, SIT Pune admission takes place through the GATE entrance exam and thus is necessary to take admission into the programme. The institute does not conduct or recognise results of any other exam for its M.Tech admissions. Candidates applying for admission through the GATE exam will have to apply separately for admission for the institute.

SIT Pune admission takes place through GATE as well as its own entrance test. Candidates applying for admission in the M.Tech programme have to apply and appear for the exam and secure a valid score to be eligible for admission in the programme. If you are a non-GATE candidate, you will have to pass SIT entrance exam and personal interview round.
