Vishwakarma Government Engineering College accepts GUJCET Cutoff for admission to B.E. courses. The Cutoff was released as Opening and Closing ranks for Round 1 for General AI and Home State category candidates. For the General AI category candidates, the Cutoff for BE in Computer Engineering was 900161. For the General HS category candidates, the Round 1 cutoff stood at 1278.
For the OBC AI category candidates, the Cutoff for BE in CE was 900300. For the OBC HS category candidates, the Cutoff for BE in CE stood at 2009.

VGEC B.E. cutoff 2024 ranged between 1278 and 28293 for the General Home State category candidates, wherein BE in Computer Engineering is the most competitive course. The easiest BTech specialisation to secure admission in is B.E. in Power Electronics Engineering. Every year GATE counducting authority releases provisional answer key before the final answer key. GATE-candidates are allowed to raise objections against answers through GOAPS portal. Candidates will be required to pay a fee of INR 500 per question.
Candidates can follow the below steps to challenge answer key.
- Visit official GOAPS candidate login page through GATE website.
- Log in using Enrollment ID and password.
- Select the paper
- Click on the "Raise Objection"
- Enter the question and answer ID
- Pay the requisite fees.

To be eligible for the BTech programme offered at Jadavpur University, a candidate needs to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Apart from the BTech course, Jadavpur University offers a four-year full-time BE programme, covering fourteen specialisations. Jadavpur University BE admission is also based on WBJEE score.
