No, direct admission is not possible for UG level Engneering courses at UEM. To get admission to BTech at UEM Kolkata, candidates must appear for IEMJEE entrance exam, which is conducted by UEM. Students can appear for this exam in either online or offline mode. Find per the instructions given on the official website, candidates can refer to JEE Main exam pattern for online exam and WB JELET for offline exam. The JEE main cutoff information changes every year based on factors like as exam difficulty, applicants volume, and seat availability. The following are the cutoffs are for the various categories in the 2023 JEE Main:

General (UR): 90.7788642
EWS: 75.6229025
OBC-NCL: 73.6114227
SC: 51.9776027
ST: 37.2348772
PwD: 0.001352

No, without IPU CET examinations, GGSIPU doesn't accept admissions in any course. Also, check eligibility criteria and go through admission brochures before taking admissions into any college.
