Getting admission into government colleges with this rank is not possible but you can apply for private colleges or if you belong to any special privileged people then you may get some college through JoSAA or CSAB. You should apply for private institutes serving aerospace engineering.

With a 1,27,245 rank in OBC-NCL, getting CSE in any NIT or IIIT is very difficult. CSE seats usually close much earlier. You might get other branches in newer NITs or IIITs. Keep an eye on spot rounds or consider private colleges if you're focused on CSE.

Yes, even if you qualify AEEE, you still have to pay the admission fee to confirm your seat at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Qualifying the exam doesn't guarantee admission until you complete the counselling process and pay the seat acceptance fee. Without payment, your seat won't be reserved.

With 41000 SC rank and  CRL of 544510 in JEE Mains it is nearly impossible to get any IITs because Indian Institute of Technology IIT have very much high cutoffs as compared to your JEE Mains rank. However you may able to get some low cutoff NITs like NIT Patna NIT Durgapur NIT Mizoram NIT Sikkim NIT Raipur and Government Funded Technology Institutes GFTIs like Assam University, Pudducherry Technological University and more in branches like Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering and Electrical engineering.
