If you are talking about JEE Mains second attempt, their second attempt of 2023 registration dates ended on 16th mar 2023 and I think that the dates will not change much in 2024 also. So All the best for your exams.

There is no cutoff in SASTRA. It solely depends on your rank in SASTRA's merit list which will be uploaded after a while. For CSE, the rank must be not more than 500. Only then, you will have a chance. All this is for stream 1. Coming to stream 2, your board percentage should be more than 98.6%

In every college they collect the exam fees, library fees and many other things. The fees varies for the every college and the correct fee structure can be known by just visiting the college and meeting the management team. The fee structure can be varied for different course and will be different for the students who gets fee reimbursement and the students who don't. The fees will be different for the different courses the btech course has the fee structure of 74000 rupees per year and the library and the other fee may vary from 10000 to 20000 rupees per year.
