For BTech Mechanical Engineering via CUET UG, choose Physics, Mathematics, and optionally Chemistry or General Test, depending on the university. With an EWS rank of 22,000 in JEE Mains, you have an excellent chance to get Mechanical Engineering at each DTU and NSUT, specially if you are from Delhi.
Last year, college students with even better EWS ranks got admission in later rounds. So, participate in all rounds of JAC Delhi counselling for higher chances.

To get admission in B.Tech at Shiv Nadar University, college students need to pass 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Math, and get as a minimum 60–70% marks.
Admission is primarily based on JEE, SNUSAT, SAT, or ACT rankings.

Otherwise you can try your home state quota in NIT Tamilnadu .
