Hello, getting scholarships for studying abroad is a very interesting issue. There are multiple factors in play. Need of the host universities to have students on their roll so that they remain in business. Unlike in India, majority of institutions are self financing. But they get finance from various activities they do from industry. For this they need students. But to get this student needs to be intelligent, academically sound amongst many parameters. Clearing exams with good score helps a lot. Many students apply to different universities and seek scholarships. Many do offer from 100% to 25% to nil. It all depends on your caliber.

Hello Uma, I could get nowhere about any declaration by this institution of cut-off for any course. It could be because of the fact that this is a government polytechnic. You can register online on the link provided by DTE of the technical education of Maharashtra.

Step 2:When the application is accepted by the college, the candidates should remit the Prescribed fees to the college and the admission will be confirmed after verification of the originals of the following documents.

For every stream, there are different cut-off marks.
For Civil Engineering, below 80,000. If your rank is there, then you can get a seat in this college and for computer Science
you should get below 65000 ranks to get a seat in Vidhya Niketan Engineering College.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Seeing present scenario computer Science is far better than aerospace engineering in India. For aerospace only service based companies are there so work and salary can never satisfy you. Aerospace engineering requires a lot more analytical skills than computer Science.
