Yes, a bio student can definitely pursue BTech in CSE branch, there is no restriction to it.
You can pursue B. Tech in computer Science after 12th if you have Maths in Class 12th.
All BIPC/Biology students are eligible to get admission in Engineering courses such as Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ECE, EEE etc.

Yes, for most of the top B.Tech specialisations, including Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, among others, the cutoffs have declined as compared to the last year.

Most of the companies will look for the candidates who has more than 55% through out the academic career. But some companies like ORACLE, INFOSYS and GOOGLE will be having 65% as cutoff. But these restrictions only applies if you apply for the job as a fresher. I would suggest you to complete any of the professional certification and join in a small/medium size company, Get the exposure of the work and how to implement your knowledge in real time projects. Then try to search job at MNC companies. If you are experienced professional MNC companies will not consider your academic marks. Now you concentrate on finding job in a organisation
