Hello Rutuja Gourthakur, I don't think that ICT has wherewithal to fund aspirations of each and every startup. However there are other funding options available like banks or angel investors who are on the lookout for promising start ups to fund their ventures. You will need to scout for such investors. Best wishes to you.

Hello Kazumo Sato, it's perfectly all right. Just remember that for admissions to colleges controlled by state govts, OBC list of that particular state will apply. On the other hand, OBC list as declared by central government will apply for admissions to colleges controlled by Central Government like NIT's or IIT's etc. Best wishes to you.

Hello Mohana Balakrishna, it's very nice to hear from you about your interest in knowing the fees for becoming graduate engineer. Fees vary from college to college. NIT's have different fees than IIT's. In private colleges, fees are invariably decided by each state based on the recommendation of fee fixation committee headed by a HC judge. Fees can vary from about Rs. 50K to Rs.2L per semester. Best wishes to you.

It depends on the domain in which you are applying for. But for the most cases, you need to know the basic programming languages like C, C+ and python etc.
