In addition, if you are looking for evening college, it means you are busy during daytime. Right? Then you need to find college that is easily accessible and commutable. I would like to advise following:-
Firstly find out names and telephone numbers of all colleges in Bangalore. Google can give you this very easily. Secondly identify probable colleges where you can go for evening classes. Thirdly ring up each of these to find out if they offer this facility and if yes, process of admission. I think you will perhaps have to do this as readymade information is not available. Yes, Bharati Vidyapeeth University provide scholarships for OBC students. Fee Structure is like if you get an online counseling chair at BVCOE you have to pay a portion of 30k to the IPU and if you burn your favorite branch in the college to protect your seat you have to visit the college and pay the remaining amount, 2 year fees - 1,33,200.
