Hello Unity, with covid pandemic sweeping the world, requirements and statuses are changing pretty often. In addition unlike in India, admission process is entirely different in USA. LPU is the better choice to pursue your engineering. LPU does provide B.Tech in Mechanical. LPU is a better option, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty, and provides hands-on experience on the latest technologies. I do not have idea about this University but i do know about LPU. Masters in Business Administration offers various areas of specialization like Management, Finances, Operations, Hotel Management, Public Relations, Human Resources, Information, and Technology.
