Hello Bharath, you have done Diploma and have four years experience in Industry. You should do AMIE so that you become equivalent to graduate engineer. Then better career prospects will open up. Alternatively you can complete graduation in any subject from any open university and then do MBA. This too will open up better opportunities. It however depends on what you want and desire. CSE branch is like hot cake. Every ranker mostly wants to join CSE. If they got high rank also they will get in to low rank colleges for CSE branch. Up to last year level minimum requirement is 96-99 percentile and it varies. If you have any EWC Certificate then you can get with 93 percentile also.

Yes you can get admission in M.Tech without GATE in IITs. For admission to M.Tech programmes, candidates with B.Tech. From IITs, graduating with a CGPA of 8.00 or above, are exempted from qualifying GATE. If shortlisted, they will be interviewed through video conferencing.
