All the IITs, NITs, CFTIs and GFTIs are the cheapest colleges for pursuing the Master degree in Engineering in India. GATE is the mandatory requirement for pursuing Master degree courses in above colleges. If you are getting admission through GATE than you can also be eligible to received the stipend of Rs 12,400 per month from the government.

The basic eligibility criteria for getting Master degree in Engineering in India is to hold a Bachelor degree B.E/ B.Tech in respective disciplines. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE an entrance exam is another mandatory requirement for getting admission in India's top Engineering colleges.

NIOS+B.Tech is the best option, because through this you can get the opportunity for studying in India's top NITs and even IITs. While through Diploma +B.Tech, only state government and private engineering colleges are the options. However regular 10+2 is recommendable here instead of NIOS.

No, you can not do the M.Tech Biotechnology on the basis of B.Sc. Botany and Biotechnology. The basic eligibility criteria of M.Tech Biotechnology is B.Tech Biotechnology or M.Sc. In Biotechnology. GATE is another important requirement for pursuing the M.Tech courses.

Hello Abhishek, yes you can. Those students who are in their final year of engineering can appear for GATE. IIT Kharagpur will be conducting this exam and official document is likely to be released in September of this year. Best wishes to you.
