Hello Adarsh, these days there are more than hundred colleges in almost all the states who offer facility of lateral admission directly into second year of four year degree course. Majority of these colleges do have civil engineering as a possible choice. Hello Bhavani, you are interested in taking admission for engineering graduation course. Right? But you are seeking information as to in which college there is free education and free hostel. Correct? I am afraid that these days no college offers free education for free hostel. However some institutions do offer concessions in fees ranging from 100 % to 50% but only for meritorious students and as one can imagine this is of course compensated by higher fees that other students pay. Yes these days many PSU's do not conduct any entrance test but call candidates for interview of the candidates based on their performance in GATE examination. However these days almost all the employers talk of CTC and hence one should not talk of any individual perk or facility that is provided by any particular company since this all will be included in the CTC.
