You can apply for B.Tech degree programme in lateral entry for some good government college they will take entrance exam for that. For private you can directly apply in second year of CSE engineering and becomes a regular student. Even you can apply for any Bachelor degree programme as a fresh candidate.

Hello Suresh, your ranking at about 7000 is reasonably good as far as the entrance examinations go where around a Lacs of students appear. However it may not be good enough to get the branch of CSE. This is so sense almost every student gives this branch as the first choice and as a consequence the cutoffs for this branch are really stiff. Hello Ismail, it's nice to hear that you are son wants to get admission in an engineering college after passing his entrance examination conducted by the state of Andhra Pradesh. Let me tell you something. As per the press release by human resource development ministry of the government of India almost 50% of the fresh engineering graduates could not get jobs last year.
