Hello Deboparna, you indeed have raised a very interesting query. You are inquiring ask whether you should make a career in English literature or you should go for engineering. Right? These two are entirely different fields of studies and a student can make a career in both this fields. Here I would like to advise you that a student must try to select back career in which he will find happiness. If you slept such a subject in which your happiness is also apart then studying no more becomes a burden and one enjoys the study. One in variable does very well in this subject and this of course results in good placements and Good career. I would therefore advise you to ask yourself question as to what you like most English literature or the engineering and proceed to do career in the subject that you like. Best wishes to you.
