GMAT and IELTS are both requirements for any form of study you wish to pursue along with the additional work experience that is often required in MBA. If you believe you're falling short on the experience front, my best suggestion to you would be to enroll yourself in a form of study which would then allow you to scale up to a PR and a job opportunity in Canada. One of the interesting one's that I recently encountered is this Study & Work programme where you basically get to do a course while earning part-time and once you finish the course, you can work full time for about 6 months.

Hello Akash, the process of admission directly into the second year of four year degree course of engineering after completion of diploma for BSc is centralized in the state of Maharashtra. For getting admission to the college of engineering Pune you need to register yourself on the site of the directorate of technical education of the government of Maharashtra. of course the admissions are based on the marks obtained in the Diploma but this is centrally done.

Best way for you to obtain the degree is to go for AMIE certification. This is equivalent to degree in all respects. I am attaching the link of the institute and you can see

Hello Praveen, yes b tech in electronics and communication is indeed available. But I am sure this can be your query. What I suggest is you raise a fresh query where are you state what you have completed and then seek guidance about what you want to do. Once you do this counselors will be able to assist you in a better fashion. Best wishes to you.
