Yes, you can do this, the programme is known as the Lateral entry programme. Through this one can join directly in the second year of B.Tech. Different universities have different processes involved but most of the institutions have this programme along with B.Tech. All the best!

You have done PG in HR so now you can look for certifications in the topics of HR related subject like NLP, understanding human behavior, Labour laws, companies law, etc. Which you feel will help you to grow in your current situation. So as per me you have got the highest professional degree and now you can add on perks and skills by doing Certification courses and training from some premier institute like Harvard, ISB, Trinity, etc. from abroad. Be specific while choosing a domain for certification and then just go on doing as many as you can.

For doing MBA in any specialization, you have an eligibility criteria which includes must have completed any graduation. B.Tech comes under graduation so you can definitely apply for PG under MBA in hospital management after checking the eligibility criteria. If you are thinking that you have done food technology and now thinking of doing hospital management don't worry because PG and graduation does not have any links. Graduation is very technical and PG is practical and managerial. This will impart business knowledge. So, you can definitely opt for MBA in hospital management.

Hello Rugved,
You have stated that you have obtained about 95 percentile in JEE Mains. Then you go on to ask two questions. Firstly whether you will get admission in Sardar Patel College of Engineering at Mumbai based on this entrance exam and secondly about lateral admission in this same institution. Let me clarify. Admissions to all the engineering colleges in Maharashtra except perhaps IIT and NIT are based on the entrance exam conducted by the government of Maharashtra called mht CET. You will get admission in in SPCE based only on this. Of course few seats may be reserved for what is called as national quota admission is based on

Hello Matthew,
You have obtained quite good ranking in COMEDK examination. With this rank, I am sure you will get a good branch and a good college. But seeking and admission in computer sciences engineering is a different cup of tea. This is so since almost every student gives this branch as his first choice and hence cutoffs for really stiff. However, admissions are very dynamic and many times surprises do occur. Therefore, do not give up on hope. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your ranking in this entrance examination. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/comedk-

I had a very similar rank last year and I got NIT Rourkela foodtech engineering in around 3rd round of counselling. I dropped out of counselling in the same round so I cannot say what better things I could have got. Precisely I had a 31k rank. Also your home state plays a major role also your category. In the same rank an OBC candidate with UP home state quota got a lower branch in MNNIT Allahabad. Also as everyone states if you are from Delhi chances of getting in NSIT, DTU, IIITD will be Very high. Other than this getting a preferred branch and a good NIT would be a bit difficult but you will surely end up with a decent college if yo
