Hi, cutoff score changes year to year and depends on some factors like a number of participants, seat matrix, question difficulty level, category, choice of stream, etc. At this score you have decent chances for JEC, however, you may also apply for northeast nits, NIT Durgapur, NIT Patna, Jadavpur university, IIEST Shivpur etc. Thanks.

No, it is not possible in your case, if you are pursuing M.Tech which is of 2 years duration. Let me clear you the possibility of migration. Migration is possible only, if you are pursuing 3 years duration or more than 3 years duration course.
