It totally depends on the company, but average is INR 5 Lacs - INR 6 lacs per annum.

Both are nice universities as far as I know. But I prefer chitkara than galgotia as for some cases.

Distance B.E. /B.Tech courses are not valid as per AICTE guidelines. Hence never be pursue. Better to do Part time B.Tech or AMIE for up gradation of qualification.

The eligibility criteria is varying according to Colleges. However the eligibility criteria of LPU and Chandigarh Universities are given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria of B.Tech Food Technology of LPU : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. Yes, you can appear and prepare for JEE 2021, firstly don't take any chances by dropping your B.Sc. But once you crack your JEE Main advance attain the counseling of JEE and if you get enrolled in engineering college then you can leave the B.Sc. And continue with engineering.

The chances of getting B.Tech CSE at Techno India Salt lake Kolkata are moderate. However following are the other options for you.
1. Mechanical
2. EIE
3. Civil.
