Leaving Certificate is needed if you want to pursue the study further. However in your case your 12th leaving Certificate can be good enough.

You have not write about the category you belongs. However your expected JEE Main AIR is about 43175. The closing ranks of last year are not available, however the ranks below the 40000 can be good enough for CSE. So you have chances in CCE and ECE.
