Hello Varshil Shah,
Gujarat government too enforced domicile rule for admission to different Engineering colleges. It conducts GUJCET for this purpose. However private colleges are allowed to fill up management quota by means ranking in JEE Mains. But the seats are very less. You may still make an attempt at admission. Best wishes to you.

If your scores are really good in JEE Main exam or any engineering entrance exam, then you must surely go for BE IT. But, B.Sc CS is also a good option if you want to complete your UG in 3 years and start earning quickly. The decision is purely on the basis of your score and your interest. All the best.
