Yes, you can. However, for Final Selection for M.Arch from Sir J.J College of Architecture, Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in Maharashtra Architecture Common Entrance Test (MAH-M.ARCH.-CET) and performance in group discussion and personal interview. Eligible candidates need to appear for the Maharashtra Architecture Common Entrance Test (MAH-M.ARCH.-CET).

If you wish to do that then you can prepare simultaneously with full concentration. As the college life is full of new things, new environment, society, friend circle keep in touch with that being social is not wrong but you must keep this in mind that you are preparing for tough exam so be focused and prepare hard. Try to avoid the things which divert your mind and goal.

It should be according to the form you filled. If you filled english medium, you have to give exam in english medium. You can't write in both medium.
