The most demanding stream is CSE. So, better pursue that course. You can also opt for ECE as it is equally demanded. As for the status of Canada, do some research and find what is more demanded there, what industries they have etc.

Yes, you are eligible for the B.Ed course. The admissions depends upon the college if it is still open. Since at this time of year admissions are mostly completed, so you can apply in the next year.

No, you cannot appear directly for UGC NET exam after B.Tech. First, you have to complete M.Tech then only you can give UGC NET.

Your academic performance is very good till now. You should be able to crack CAT exam also. Try achieving around 90 percentile as IIMS are very competitive.

There is no integrated course for B.Tech LLB. So, you cannot do both the programs simultaneously. But, if you want, then you can do B.Sc LLB from GNLU/UPES Dehradun.
