No, there are no reservations for students based on caste nor any fee concession. The only way to get fee concession at MIT-WPU is by merit (through jee, CET percentile). You can contact authorities of the college if you want concession by other means eg. Sports,arts, literature quota (though It may not be available for current admission year).

Hello Solomon. No one other than yourself can best decide whether doing MS in CS from Canada is worth or not. As this depends upon individuals situation and aim. To take admission in top colleges you must have strong over all profile. As competition is increasing day by day especially looking to the changes in US and UK visa policies (work visa), Canada is becoming a preferred destination to study and to settle too. If your aim is to make global cv to be recognised globally then top most universities/colleges of Canada should be considered and doing MS in CS will be worthful.
