If are in general category then you cannot give IPMAT but if you belong to SC/ST/OBC then you require 55% only to give IPMAT.

You won't get CSE in AU with your rank in EAMCET. It is mostly chosen by the top rankers and there will be no seats left for you to get allotted.

You must have good marks in the intermediate exam and you have to score good marks in JEE Mains or in the state entrance exam for engineering colleges. Without entrance exams, you can only get private colleges.

I think civil or chemical engineering at bits will be more better option. But if you have interest in computer then you can go for Hyderabad colleges also. Taken decision on the basis of your interest.

VIT Chennai is not good. It is very near to my college. Vit Vellore is good. Better to go for bit Jaipur CSE.

Tell me your rank instead of marks, so that I can guess your chances in old IITs.

The scope is good if you study chemical engineering from a Canadian university. Strong Academic and work ethic will do wonders.
