No, it's not possible to get admission to Bachelor's in Technology BTech Computer Science Engineering branch in DCRUST or YMCA Faridabad with this rank, because these colleges have competitive ranks and high cutoffs also Computer Science Engineering branch is very demanding and high cutoff branch. You can expect any other colleges which offers B.Tech at Computer Science Engineering or any other low cutoff branches like Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering and Electrical engineering in other colleges to pursue Btech.

The VITEEE entrance exam question paper which is held on 23 April 2025 can be found from the official website of exam conducting authority that is Vellore Institute of Technology VIT that is VITEEE.ac.in . Also you can find question papers on Shiksha website. Also you can look on YouTube for analysing of the exam or memory based questions. Yes, you can get some NIT which are situated near Uttar Pradesh which have low cutoff ranks including NIT Patna, NIT Allahabad and NIt Bhopal. You may be able to get branches like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering in NIT Patna or NIT Allahabad.

Yes, you can do M.Tech after a 4-year B.Sc. (Hons) in Blockchain Technology if your degree is recognised under NEP 2020 and considered equivalent to B.Tech by universities. If you got rank in JEE Mains 650000 then, you can only gat admission in your home state colleges in the lower branches. You are not eligible for other states because your percentage in board exam is less than 75 percentage

If you got 98.8 percentile in JEE Mains exam then it is considered as most best score 

The possible NIT names are given as following 

1 MNIT Allahabad 

2 VINIT Nagpur 

3 NIT Surathkal 

4 NIT Rourkela
