Using a valid MHT CET or JEE Main score, you can apply for a B.E. or B.Tech. at Shree L.R. Tiwari College of Engineering through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) on the DTE Maharashtra portal. As an alternative, apply directly through the institute-level quota by sending the college the application form, necessary paperwork, and payment. Eligibility in both situations requires a minimum of 45–50% on the 10+2 exam with PCM. Usually, applications open in May or June.

For first-year B.Tech, finish 12th with PCM (or related) and get 45% marks (40% SC/ST), then appear in MHT-CET or JEE Main and apply via Maharashtra's CAP. Diploma holders can jump into the second year if they scored 45% (40% for reserved categories) and clear the centralized DTE admission route.

It's all through TNEA counselling (no entrance exam stress here). Just make sure you've done 10+2 with PCM and meet Anna University's cutoff marks. Your board exam scores get converted into a rank, and boom—you pick your course and college during counselling. It's pretty straightforward, as long as your marks are on point.

This is their main gig—solid curriculum, experienced profs, and great labs. Add in big-name placements and solid rankings, and you've got a combo that works. Companies love hiring from here, and students say the learning is hands-on and industry-ready. Basically, it's a smart pick if you want more than just a degree—you get prep for the real-world grind.
