I don't know the exact cutoff. However, one of my juniors with 160 marks had got an admission. He was under open category.

If you have the right college by your side, then it does not matter which stream you choose. The choice should be according to interest as well as your future plans. Both IT and CSE are good streams in term of future scope. Consequently, make your choice as per your interest area.

You have a good score in CET. But with this score, it would be somewhat difficult to get PICT in the very first round. You should still apply and wait till the results of last round are announced.
