Though you have got a good percentiles, but not enough to get computer engineering in VIT Pune in the very first round. Still apply and wait until the results of last round are announced. You might get it then.

However, your chances are low since your rank is not good enough. Attempting JEE Advanced doesn't increase your chances of getting admission into NITs.
