Admission to M.Sc in computer science program is both entrance examination based and merit-based. Certain universities like Delhi University offer both direct admission and entrance based admission to the program.
Universities like Delhi University and Savitribai Phule Pune University, conduct entrance examination for admission to M.Sc. Computer Science. The Entrance exam is of 2-3 hours duration and contains questions from Computer Science, Mathematics and English Language. The test paper may be of subjective and/or objective type.

Hello !
I think it's not about being a slow learner in maths but being occupied with self-doubts. Not only you but many people have this, you know self-doubt is the main because of being slow in maths because one side a person love it, another side self-doubt occupy it. Engineering, Medical anything can be ideal for you if you fit in your mind that you are doing it right. I mean you are performing it right. "The power of belief" matters a lot. Now choice depends upon mindset + guidance from teachers + self believe + circumstances + acceptance of your decision + melting of self-doubts. Best wishes to you!

The admission depends upon 2 criteria:
First is, the cast you belong and second is your marks.
The marks you have obtained are good, you did your best. But when you fill the form for DTE you will know the merit no of your by your marks, by your cast, etc. One more important thing for second year engineering the available seats of coep are just 12 for every field. Yes, you can get direct admission in 2nd year of four years B.Tech course in COEP college, Pune after completion of your three years Diploma course with an aggregate of 65% marks from a recognised board.

Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology is better for CSE than Ganapt University. So go for DAIICT, it is better in terms of faculty, environment and exposure. Placements are almost the same. Still my vote for DAIICT. Good Luck.
