Your B.Tech score will create a problem for the admission process. To tackle this, you need to have very good Statement of Purpose and INR. 4-5 Letter of Recommendations. Generally, foreign universities take students who are very good in academics. Best colleges in Australia are: https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/australia/universities.

Hello Sampreeth,It depends on your interest to study and how you see the course. Aeronautical engineering is related to flight Dynamics and designing. Hence more attention and interest is needed to study it perfectly and to work on it. It will become easier once you get associated with it and start working related to it. Nothing is easy unless it is being done. Hence, choose a better college with the marks you have secured and study the course with full interest so it becomes easier. All the best.

I don't think, there is any school that provides 6 month course of class 12th. You have to study whole year. I suggest to go for courses that are related to your field.

Hello Vaishnavi,
These two are completely different streams of engineering. And there is no branch which is particularly good for girls. Everyone can study anything. Hence, I would suggest you to choose one branch that interests you the most. You can read the college reviews from the link below:
