Well, there is not particular qualifying cutoff in MET 2019, it just depends on your rank which decides which branch you can get. This is the first time negative marking has been introduced, so cutoffs may vary a lot. If you think that you had could've done better, I would suggest you to give another attempt of it.

Hi,
According to me, you will get CSE, if you pay high fees, like if you take admission through management quota. But, with this rank, there is high chances for core branches like Mechanical, Electrical and Civil. But, with this rank, may be you will get IT/E&tc. All the best.
