Hello Serjeel,
Normally speaking, all entities accepting online registration are aware that the students will make mistakes. Hence a window is normally provided for correction of such errors. However if a student has missed even this then perhaps at the documents verification stage or actual admission stage the student can seek correction provided it's not going to affect substantially averments that the student had made. No, you won't be able to get admission in VIT since you haven't attempted VITEEE. The admission process has already begun and only those who have given VIT's exam are allowed to sit for counselling.

No, if you don't give the VITEEE examination, you aren't eligible for admission. I am sorry but that's the rule. VIT doesn't take admission through JEE Mains or directly.
