B.Tech in CS in not available from distance education in this university. My opinion on that is also that distance education is not beneficial for B.Tech courses.

To help you out I am giving a link that will predict colleges for you when you input the percentile score:
https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Your chances are very strong. The marks you have scored now and the marks scored by AIR 1 will decide which NITs you will get.

Dear Sahana,
Yes, you can join Diploma courses after 10th standard. In case you have failed 12th standard, I request you to please devote some more time to the subject and clear it which in return will help you open to better career opportunities. Pursue a degree rather than a Diploma. Degree will fetch you better placements comparatively to a Diploma certificate. In case if you have a fixed mind of doing Diploma please let me know the subject you want to study I will let you know if you can pursue it after 10th or if you need to clear 12th standard for that.

Students who have scored well in exams there will be 90% scholarship in tuition fee for the students having 95% marks in boards. The college also provides scholarships to their own students, means the students in the 1st year can get a scholarship for 2nd year if overall marks in the 1st year are more than 90%. It also helps in applying for government scholarships.

The branch wise cutoff varies across colleges, there please specify the college so that the expected cutoff can be shared.
