There are many colleges in South India which provides integrated B.Tech + M.Tech course like IIIT Kurnool, IIITDM Kancheepuram and many other colleges. It will be better to search on google for integrated course colleges. You will get various options.

Truly speaking there is no chance in any NIT or in any IIITs at this rank. You may get GFTI colleges but can't get CSE or ECE.

Hi,
You need to pursue B.Arch course to be an Architect in India. Procedure for that would be - Register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect. Check the link below to get a list of approved Architectural Colleges. https://www.coa.gov.in/index1.php?lang=1&level=0&linkid=25&lid=26.

Hi,
Architecture has better scope and prospects compared to BBA+MBA, but both are very different fields to compare. It purely depends on your interest to choose a course.
