You have very low chances of getting seat in AU. However, as you belong to NCC category, you will get some low preference groups by any chance of seats left in the counselling.

How many marks do I need to get in AUEET exam to get a seat in CSE?

We can't say it exactly but to get CSE you have to get above 50 marks in the AUEET.
