There many good colleges for food technology. You can go for Jadavpur University, IIT BHU and IIT Kharagpur. Many NITs are also having food technology in their curriculum.

The cut-off for each IIT changes every year which will be released at the time of JEE Advanced results. Mostly, if you want to get admission in IITs you should be in top 1k rank to get good course.
