Hi Vikas,
As you have scored 69.93 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to take admission in this. But, getting a seat might be difficult. But, don't worry, just participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.

it is college depending thing. for ex in jabalpur engineering college it is 22300 rs ansd other is high . in private college it is very high so it totally depends on college

Only flow denial is a company that demands autocad. and other few companies that wants autocad so it is not that much imp but yes as a civil engineer it is nessesary
