You can apply to NITs. However, unfortunately you might not get them with this rank. However, apply and wait until the last round. Also, apply for all the colleges of your state wherever you want to go particularly.

You might get some recent NITs. Also, you can get the regional colleges in your state. Apply and wait for the results.

You might get civil. But, for computer science, you will have to wait. So, apply and wait for the results. Also, apply to other colleges as well.

SASTRA considers total percentage in +2 and it is also normalised based on the top marks, not based on any cutoff.
Analysing your scores -
Stream 1:
0.75*76+0.25*74=75.5/100
It is a good score but you can't get top branches. 70% of the seats are filled by:
10% is for Tanjore natives.
10% is for Trichy natives.
30% is for Tamil Nadu natives.
50% is for other states.
Stream 2:
Your +2 percentage is 76%. This percentage of yours will be converted to percentile and taken in to account.
