You need to pursue B.Arch course to be an Architect. Firstly, complete your Diploma, register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect. You will have to pursue Computer Science and allied courses along with specializations in Masters to be a software architect.

The SC and ST candidates are exempted from paying tuition fees in NITs. So, they have to pay the mess or other charges. While in PEC 50% tuition fee waiver is provided to SC/ST students.

No, you can't get computer Science engineering in Maharashtra with this score. I will suggest you to go for colleges under Pune University and take admission under management quota. Best of luck.
