Sorry to say but it will be difficult for you to get admission in any diploma colleges due to big gaps between the studies. Although you can go for simple graduation courses.

I think you can get admission in aeronautical engineering branch in Acharya Institute of Technology. They have management quota seats which they are calling as direct admission. They do admit students based on KCET as well as COMEDK exams also. As you have scored 84 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019, so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process of JOSAA. Yes, you can get admission in nit srinagar if you participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling.

As you have scored 31983 in general list, so, I will suggest you to go for middle and lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. as per your interests and convenience. You will definitely get a seat in these nits, if you participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly.

Based on your marks you will get SGSITS Indore, Medicaps University, UEC Ujjain and RGTU Bhopal. You have cleared the cutoff marks and your rank is very good. Above mentioned college are government college and Medicaps is a private organisation.

You will get this college easily. If you have more than 90% marks in JEE Mains then you will get any government college through the counseling.

Your general or any quota rank should lie below 60k as the cutoff marks are so high in this college to get admission. If your rank lies between 30-60k you will get every core branch easily on 1st round of counseling.
