Hi Theru Shanmuga,
You can get. It will be competitive but chances could be there if you have a good profile overall. You must have some good projects and internships in hand, excellent recommendation letters, a very strong personal statement which sometimes carry a lot of weightage. You may try taking the GRE its not mandatory. German universities also considers publications and any research work, patent for MS admissions. If you have it all chances are there.
