The RGU Guwahati BA (English) curriculum is based on the New Education Policy (NEP). It is divided over a period of four years. However, students can opt to exit after the third year. There are two semesters per year and each semester includes various core subjects, Value Addition Courses (VAC), Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC) and Ability Enhancement Courses (AEC).
