M.A. English or Master's of Arts in English is a postgraduate course in humanities and arts that is 2 years long. No matter which college or university you dropped out from, be it from IGNOU or any other university, you can always continue your education. You can always re-enroll in a college/university. Many people drop out due to vast reasons such as family to take care of, financial hardship, their work, not ready for additional schooling etc. Colleges and Universities are fairly easy to gain acceptance to today.

Yes, you can pursue M. Ed. after completing your graduation from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). BHU offers a two-year full-time M. Ed. programme to eligible candidates. The admission to the M. Ed. programme at BHU is based on an entrance exam conducted by the university.
