For English Honours: 60%
1st line cutoffs don't go below 90 in Loreto but the 2nd and 3rd and so on lists the cutoff do come in 80.

The eligibility criteria for NEET is provided below:
The candidate is required to pass the 10+2 examinations & must have English as one of the subject followed by Physics. Chemistry & Biology. To be eligible for NEET the student need to secure the undermentioned marks in aggregate for PCB:
your - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
So without English you aren't eligible for the NEET.
