The basic eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc (Hons. ). (Biotechnology) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination with any three out of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or Computer Science as subjects studied at intermediate level. You can apply for B.Sc. In biotechnology.

As you have not mentioned the university or any college name so I am providing you ICFAI University details as under.
Admission Fee: Admission Fee of Rs. 3,000 for BA (Hons.) in English, programme is to be paid by all the applicants along with the application. Admission fee of applicants, whose admission is not accepted will be refunded after completion of admission process.
Exam Fee: All the students need to pay an amount of Rs. 2,000 per semester for UG programs towards Exam Fee along with the programme Fee. Caution Deposit: All students are required to pay a Caution Deposit of Rs. 5,000 along with the First Semester Fee. The Caution

Hi Devyansh,
I am afraid to tell you that with no maths background, you cannot take admission in SSCBS. In order to take admission there, you must have to score good marks on DU-JAT. And the primary condition for this exam is that you must have maths in your class 12th.
