The basic eligibility for admission to an MA program in Journalism is a Bachelor's degree in journalism and / or mass communication with a minimum of 50% marks. Certain universities may admit students from other streams as well but it is completely a university's discretion. You may face challenges in getting admission in good university because of your graduation score.

Dear Swetha,
According to me, it will not help you. You can professionally learn more English in your organisation rather than doing a course (MA through distance). As per me, you should do MBA (distance) in operation management. It will definitely help you in your current job. You will get promotion and salary hike too .
Currently, you are working in the recruitment department then you should do MBA in HR.
