Hello Mukesh Behera, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your PG in environmental engineering. For part-time college, it must be in the place where you are living. Right? I would like to advise you to find from the net names and phone numbers of colleges offering M.Tech. Then ring up each one to know if they offer part-time M.Tech. This is the only way you can find out and seek admission there. Best wishes to you.
