No, Environmental Studies is not a mandatory subject in CUET. Candidates can select up to 5 subjects from the available 37 CUET UG subjects. If a candidate's desired course at target university requires CUET EVS subject as mapping, he/she must select CUET Environmental Studies in their subject combination.

CEPT University offers entrance-based admission and has a total of 40 seats. Candidates seeking admission to  Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (BCE) must pass Class 12 with 45% aggregate from a recognised board.
